We tried several different internet service providers in North Cyprus before we decided to telephone Gwyn on recommendation from one of their existing customers.
Gwyn was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in dealing with our enquiry and before we knew it (the next day) the engineers arrived to install our internet connection.
They didn't need to replace the cable and they re-configured the old supplier's router to work on their system. Basically, they removed the old service provider's aerial and replaced it with one of their's. Less than 30 minutes and we were up and running.
Up to that point, we had experienced intermittent service with the old providers, but the engineers told us not to worry and that we wouldn't have any problems with this connection because their base station was very near and true enough, we didn't.
The internet goes down when there is a power cut locally, but thankfully, nowadays, power outages are few and far between. On the whole, we are extremely pleased with the connection and the customer service that we received from Gwyn.

We have engineers in the field at all times. Sometimes, if you are lucky and we have engineers in your area on the day that you order, the internet connection will be fitted the same day, but usually, it is within a day, or two. "Where is your office location ?"

"What documentation do I need to provide to be able to order an internet connection ?"
We need a copy of the photo page from your passport or your identity card. We need your property address, an email address and a local telephone number if you have one. You can provide your photo by sending it to Gwyn's Whatsapp - 0533 869 4371. Call her on the same number and give her the other relevant details and she will do everything else.
"I have had several different internet service providers whose internet connections were not stable, how do I know that yours will be any better ?"
Simple answer, you don't. If your property is located in a dip, or surrounded by mounds, trees, or tall buildings that may be obstructing line of sight to our base station, our internet connection may be no better than those that you have already tried BUT contact Gwyn - 0533 869 4371 and she will check your location to see if we have other customers in the same area and whether they have good connections to our base station.
"Do you provide pay as you go, or pre-paid internet connections that we can switch on and off ?"
