Two of us have moved to our Villa in Karaoglanoglu from where we work remotely in the UK. To begin with, we needed good advice and for me Paul and Gwyn were a good place to start. I contacted them by Whatsapp and received an immediate reply. Paul ran through the various options that are available and explained the differences.
We needed two internet connections to enable us both to work remotely, simultaneously, so having listened to his advice and recommendations, I asked Paul to price up several different configurations. He did this in great detail which left me feeling confident enough to make a decision. We ordered two 25/5 internet connections and they have worked magnificently for us.
I should also say that all this was done from our base in the UK and that the two internet connections and wireless routers were installed before we arrived and worked perfectly, immediately. Our neighbour helped us out with this by giving Paul and the engineers access to our house (thank you Pat).
I did read through the list of customer recommendations on their web site which helped me to decide and I would like to add to those recommendations, so that others can make the right decision too, with confidence.

For holiday homeowners and those of you who don't live here permanently, we offer a special switch on and switch off pay as you go internet package so that when you arrive, you can unpack, relax and enjoy your stay knowing that you've got reliable internet from the moment you walk through the door.
Contact Gwyn and she will make all the necessary arrangements. There's absolutely nothing for you to do. She schedules a date and time for the installation of the antenna and cabling and a wireless router if required, and all this can be completed on the day that you arrive by prior arrangement. The installation takes about an hour to complete and internet access is instant.
After that, it doesn't matter how many times you visit, just send a simple WhatsApp message to Gwyn or call her and she activates your internet connection from the date that you specify for a minimum period of one month.
You pay a one-off installation fee for our engineers to call to install a small round antenna about the size of a saucer which connects you to our nearest base station using a secure wireless radio signal.
Once you're set up, just message or call Gwyn by WhatsApp instant message, email or telephone and she switches your connection on ready for your arrival and off when you leave.
Everything is arranged remotely. Gwyn just needs a few details from you to get the ball rolling: your name; the address of the installation; a local telephone number, if available; your email address; and a copy of the picture page from your passport. If you decide to proceed, Gwyn will make all the necessary arrangements. At no time during this process, do you need to visit our office. Everything can be done by telephone and instant messaging application.
The initial cost of installation includes the first month's internet service, after that, simply contact Gwyn by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or by any other instant messaging system to request an internet switch on (minimum one month's service at the quoted monthly price. Gwyn switches on your internet connection, usually to coincide with your date of arrival, or a few days prior. We have several easy payment options.

Our wireless internet coverage is strong in nearly all towns and residential areas however, speeds do vary in the more remote locations on the edge of our network. Gwyn will be able to give you a more accurate answer by looking at a number of factors, including the number of other customers that we have in the same area.
"How do I pay for my Pay as you Go internet connection when I need it to be switched on ?"
First of all, we have a very good relationship with our customers. Most customers pay immediately as soon as they have notified Gwyn that they need their connection switching on. We do not insist that payment is made before we activate a connection, but we do expect prompt payment.
"What is the most common problem associated with your Pay as you Go internet connections ?"
Gwyn can switch a connection on, but the electricity in your property must be switched on and the power supply must be plugged in for the connection to activate. If it isn't, we may have to reactivate the connection when you arrive and turn the power on. Of course, you can always ask a property manager, or a neighbour to do this for you before you arrive.
