No Drama, or fuss, just leave it to us. If you have a connection with North Cyprus and you use Facebook, you must have seen the hundreds of recommendations for the service that we offer, but if you haven't...
Charlotte K. (Karaoglanoglu)
I saw the advert for internet on a North Cyprus Facebook Group and was impressed by the amount of Members who recommended the service.
I hadn't yet re-located to North Cyprus, but knew, eventually when I did, that I needed a good internet connection because I was going to be distant working (North Cyprus to UK).
I contacted them and spoke to Paul. Now the internet is installed, it turns out that the advice that he gave to me was spot on.
I had two internet connections installed (both with dedicated, point to point links), a 25(down) x 5(up) which I use for work (Zoom Calls) and a 15(down) x 5(up) for personal use (I have two men in the house who enjoy Gaming).
The internet connection for work is installed in my office with it's own wireless router and password and our internet connection for personal use is installed in the Lounge and Upstairs with full wireless coverage throughout.
Paul attended and supervised the cable being installed in the conduit within the walls/floors and configured the routers.
The internet is working superbly.
No hesitation in recommending the service at all.
John G. (Alsancak)
At last ! A company who did what they said they would do, on the day that they promised to do it and for the quoted price. Dedicated, Point to Point Link equals no buffering - happy chappy !
Julia K. (Dogankoy)
Have enjoyed 15 months continuous service. Tried other systems before, but this has been the best. Well worth the money. Any problems, they are so helpful.
From this point on our web site, things are going to get technical. If you prefer to read more about us - who we are, what we do and something about our 20 year history in this business, follow these links :-
We use dedicated Point to Point "PtP" wireless links (as opposed to Point to Multi Point "PtMP") - what is the difference ?
A Point to Multi-Point link utilizes a single antenna at the customer's side and an omni directional antenna (usually) at the internet service provider's side (Base Station).
An omni directional antenna radiates equal radio power in all directions which enables single antennas to connect from all directions.
The single antenna at the customer's side is not alone, there a numerous other single antennas at various user's homes and businesses all of which connect simultaneously to the omni directional antenna.
Each single antenna has a router board and wireless card which handle the input and output data from each user's connection.
The omni directional antenna also has a router board and wireless card which handles the input and output data from all the connected, single antennas.
The omni directional antenna, router board and wireless card are being shared by all the single antennas. All connected user's data passes through the omni directional antenna's router board and wireless card simultaneously.
What are the advantages of using dedicated Point to Point links instead of Point to Multi-Point links ?
We use directional antennas in dedicated point to point links which focus RF energy in a particular direction. They provide stronger, more reliable wireless links over greater distances which are less susceptible to noise and interference in densely populated areas and more robust in adverse weather conditions. Point to point links reliably carry more data with less packet loss and latency. They are ideal for streaming media (using the internet to watch TV).

Internet Bandwidth Management
A home internet connection is shared by all the devices that are being used in the home. Typically : a Desktop, or Laptop computer (or two), several tablets (iPads) and multiple mobile telephones. Not forgetting Internet connected Radios and TVs. Your Wireless Router is the access point to the internet for all the devices in your home.
Internet bandwidth management is important in households where two, or more users simultaneously access the internet, yet less than 1% of households have any bandwidth management at all - but why do we need internet bandwidth management ?
Many programs and applications use the maximum amount of available internet bandwidth and monopolise it, leaving little if any, for other applications, processes and devices, yet the same applications work perfectly well with less, leaving spare bandwidth to be used simultaneously for other things. Most internet users have downloaded, or uploaded a large file and been forced to wait until the download/upload completes before they can use the internet for other purposes. Most users of the Window's operating system (with auto-update) may have periodically noticed that their internet connection is running slowly and wondered why ? ISP's fault ? No, the monthly Windows' update is running in the background (downloading) and is taking all the internet bandwidth.
Because of the way that the majority of us connect to the internet in Northern Cyprus (by long distance wireless connection), internet bandwidth management is even more important - why ? Our internet connections utilize wireless radio bandwidth to send and receive data. Per user, only so much radio bandwidth is available. If the radio bandwidth is being used by an upload, for example (many programs require an upload connection) there is only a limited amount of radio bandwidth left to simultaneously send and receive other data.
Manage your internet bandwidth correctly and you will find that you alleviate/solve these problems and as a result, will encounter fewer interruptions.
First scenario: Mum and Dad are watching internet TV. Children are upstairs on the internet. One child is online gaming. There is just enough internet bandwidth to support the two activities, but as soon as the second child FaceTimes their friend, the internet TV starts to buffer.
Second scenario: The man of the house is watching football on the internet TV system which is using all the available internet bandwidth. The lady of the house is online too, trying to book tickets for a visit to the UK, but the booking system keeps hanging because there isn't enough internet bandwidth left to complete the process.
Third scenario: Mum is in the house by herself and is trying to access her work's vpn system in the UK, but the internet connection is ever so slow - why ? What Mum doesn't know is that before he set off for work, Dad started downloading a film and left it running on his computer and it is using all the available bandwidth.
Slowness and interruptions on a network will result in the user becoming frustrated and unhappy and they usually blame the internet service provider for the problems. In fact, the internet provider is supplying the correct amount of internet bandwidth but it is not being managed correctly. The user may : (1) Ignore the problem and moan and shout when they have internet problems (2) Increase the speed of their internet connection (3) Set up a second internet connection (for internet TV, for example) (4) Set up internet bandwidth management (or ask someone to do it for them) which alleviates/solves the problem.
Setting up an internet bandwidth management solution is not a particularly straightforward thing to do and requires a certain level of expertise which you may not have, but nevertheless, it is something that you should consider, if only because it removes a source of frustration and aggravation and leaves you to use the internet for the things that you most enjoy.
...and if it stops that internet TV from repeatedly buffering, it'll be well worth the money !
Contact us on Whatsapp (Message, or Call) - 0533 869 4372 and don't forget, we supply single and dedicated, dual antenna internet solutions with internet bandwidth packages up to 100Mb AND Pay as you Go internet systems for frequent visitors and holiday home owners in North Cyprus

Standard Customer Service Plan
Our Standard Customer Service Plan is free - here is what we provide.
1. Pre-sale help and advice. Various types of internet connection are available. Call us and we will discuss and explain your options. On first contact, we ask a lot of questions to make sure that we have all the information that we need to properly advise you. Should you decide to use our service, we want to make sure that you are happy with the outcome.
(i) Where do you live ? In some areas, it is difficult to provide a good internet service with standard equipment. You may need non-standard equipment. In certain areas, the lay of the land and obstructions to line of sight between your home and our base station, makes it impossible for us to provide a strong radio signal. We will discuss the options that are available to you.
(ii) What type of property is it ? More than one wireless router may be needed to fully distribute a strong wireless signal through your property and garden area. Some apartment buildings are tied into contracts with a particular Internet Service Provider which obliges the occupants to share a single internet connection between them. We can advise you and help you to overcome any problems.
(iii) Are you a holiday home owner staying temporarily, or do you live here permanently ? Do you need a pay as you go subscription, or an annual contract ? We discuss this with you and offer you the least cost option.
(iv) Do you use an IPTV television service ? You may need the internet connection and wireless router to be installed near the TV (this positioning may mean that a single device cannot distribute a full wireless signal throughout the rest of the house).
(v) Is the internet connection going to be used by more than two users simultaneously, for different purposes ? You may need two, or more wireless routers installed and a bandwidth management solution.
(vi) Usage - Business and/or Distant Working (Video calls - Zoom, VPN etc.) - IPTV - General Internet (Surfing, Social Media, Emails etc.) - Connecting and monitoring security cameras. We discuss and make recommendations.
2. Having determined your exact requirements, we process your order, arrange an installation date and time and liaise with you throughout.
3. In the event that you experience a problem with your internet connection, we are your point of contact. We will inform you if there is a general problem with the internet in your area and if not, we will examine the network to check where the fault lies. We will liaise with the Chief Technical Officer and the service department. If a service call is required, we will raise a ticlet and manage the service call. We will keep you informed at all times. Fortunately, all this is a rare occurance as we are able to solve 80% of customer's problems over the telephone. We solve 95% of connection problems within one hour and all problems within 48 hours.
